Change is good.

We are our programming and working on becoming a USAW registered Barbell Club. To that end, we are adding an additional class to the schedule.
Beginning the first Tuesday of August we will be holding a Barbell Basics class every Tuesday and Thursday night at 7 pm. This class will be focused on a basic progression of barbell exercises that will be progressed through at an individual speed. Working our way from the basic squats and pulls to more difficult movements like a squat snatch. This will be the time to come in a work on your weaknesses when it comes to the barbell. Since   work will be assigned on an individual basis it is open to individuals from beginner to advanced.

Individual programming. I know that many of you have desires to reach a competitive level in CrossFit.  For that I am adding to our programming services an individual program option. This option, will work with our CrossFit Program and allow you to continue to work out with your group. However you will have some extra or slightly altered work during and after each class. I personally think our general program is fantastic, however it is not completely customized to your individual needs. This option will provide you with a customized plan to reach your goals. This is also a great option for with individual needs even if you goal is not to compete in CrossFit.

Individual programming: Member rate + 50$


We will also be expanding our schedule with more open gym hours, and some slightly different class times

Ladies lifting is a womens only strength class all levels welcome

Power hour open gyms are for those who wish to get the gyms general strength programming for the day done

Open gym is available to all members to make up wods or do their own thing

There is an unofficial open gym whenever the gym is open but if there is a class or power hour scheduled then those activities take priority.
