WOD Tuesday 100615 "5k"

W/U: 30 squats, 30 ring dips, 30 scott-ups, 30 pull-ups

Str: 3x3 shoulder press

WOD: Run 5k for time
From the Garage run out to Bardsley head to Mooney and take a left then run down to Tulare St  and then back.

Keep your feet moving and stay in the front of your feet.
