WOD

Todays Work outs 


Strength
BS worked up to 295  for 5
RDL worked up to 305 for 5
Snatch worked up to 155 for 3
First time with Isabel, also my first time Snatching,
finished in 2:20 or something like that. 


Felt slow today so i kept it light to keep the speed up


Met Con 


Death by pull-ups 

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute,
 two pull-ups the second minute, 
three pull-ups the third minute... 
continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
