WOD 111006

Wads Welded it. Garret Drilled it. And you get to use it. If
you have not had a chance to make use of the Yoke make sure
you ask how and get busy
"Moving heavy loads long distances"
and do so quickly.

15 Squat Snatches


If training for spartan you will add an extra 800m Run at the end of the work out.
