Yes even MORE Squats. If you took my advice yesterday and scaled the work out to improve your recovery you will be feeling much better today. So much so in fact that the light weight on the thrusters should not present a problem. Goal today is to emphasize speed of each single rep.
Here is what I mean by that. Take each rep individually and explode through it. Then take and extra second to insure proper set up and explode again. This goes for both the Thruster, and the Pull-ups. We have talked about proper set up on the pull-ups before if you are not using it you are setting yourself up for injury.
