Today isa test day, We will warm up and stretch out, Do a few Movement specific mobilty exercises and then hit this work out hard. Remember this is a benchmark girl go hard and fast do your best to set a score that will be difficult to beat.
Also a change in class schedule that is not yet reflected on the website ( hopefully that will be rectified tomorrow) the 7pm class is no longer on the schedule as an open class. Also this serves to remind people that the 6pm class is a foundations class and as such extra time will be taken when neccesary to teach newer members the movements. If you are looking for a more fast paced and high intenstiy class the 4pm and 5pm classes are here you want to be. Experienced athletes only please.
